Natural Essence and Krunchies share one Bpetale bag and WooCommerce checkout. Travel requests follow a separate reviewed quote process.

Before you add a product

Check the product name, pack size, price and stock. Select a size where options are available. Read the current label for ingredients, directions, allergens and storage information. Ask our team before ordering if an important detail is missing.

Dedicated topping entries remain unavailable to order until their pack details, prices and inventory are completed. Existing Krunchies snack products can be explored separately.

Your shopping bag and guest checkout

The bag icon shows your cart in this browser. Open it to review products, then choose View cart to change quantities or proceed to checkout. Products retain their brand labels so you can identify items from each brand.

You can order as a guest. Enter accurate contact and delivery details and review the available delivery options, charges, taxes and payment methods before placing your order. These depend on the store settings and the address supplied. Contact Bpetale if a suitable delivery option is not offered.

Delivery issues, returns and changes

Contact our team promptly about an incorrect or damaged item. Describe the issue and keep the packaging and order information available. Ask for applicable return or change terms before ordering if they affect your decision.

Travel requests

Bpetale coordinates travel options through our Ajala.ng partnership. A form submission does not confirm a ticket, room or guaranteed price. Review the itinerary, inclusions, complete quoted amount, validity period and supplier conditions before approving a booking.
